An aspiration is a long-term hope or ambition of achieving something in life. Being the first and most important step towards achieving transformational change, aspiration empowers individuals to soar above expectations and to attain desired heights.

To go big, you have to think big. The magnitude of the idea gives it motivating power. Remember, you are as small as your controlling desire, or as great as your dominant aspiration.
